Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.

Once access to a digital product (such as Daily Snapshot Google Sheet or accompanying materials) has been granted, we are unable to guarantee refunds, as the content cannot be returned.

That said, if something feels off or the product clearly did not meet your expectations, you may contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will review your request thoughtfully and fairly, on a case-by-case basis.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through our payment provider.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
